Well, I've already paid the 23.35 to post my account. I had gone through fine verification—good, no problems.
It was going great for not even a week. My phone got factory reset. I went to log back into Mega Personals and I had to go through the whole process again of setting up my account. So, I got to the verification part.
It said failed. I don't know why they don't connect or contact you to help you through this. It sent me to write an appeal, I guess, to Mega Personals support. I finally got an email sent to me from their support and it said after the second assessment (which I never had a first assessment done), that after the second assessment the verification will remain as failed.
No more steps are needed to be taken as I will not be creating an account with Mega Personals, but I already had it up and running, paid for it, like my fourth day maybe, and they gave me no explanation, no sort of help—just, oh well you’re banned. But I didn't do anything wrong. I want to be able to do it over. I maybe was rushing, messed up, I don't know, but this is such *** Of course, after I already paid for their service, I got robbed and they seemed to have scammed me.
What can I do, please? Oh, the person that sent that email was Betty MPS-512****.

Poor Customer Service
- - I've posted on mega personals with the same account.
- - Verification and live video are done; the account remains blocked, and money was spent.
I've been posting on mega personals for over five years. I've been using my same account with my same email address, and I haven't encountered any issues until about a week ago.
I did the age verification, the live video, and even emailed an agent who told me my account was unlocked, only for me to ultimately see that I still cannot access my account; it is blocked. I'm not quite sure what the issue is, but this is not right; this is not fair.
I've already spent money to post. Isn't the goal to have people verify their age, and once they do, they should be good to proceed?
Preferred solution: Regain full access to my account, with better communication with agent or live agent at least.
